TM 4.5 Flowable Fungicide

TM 4.5 Flowable fungicide is the generic version of Clearys 3336F. It is a systemic, preventative fungicide for the protection against major turf and ornamental diseases. It's also an excellent tank mix partner with most other fungicides.

TM 4.5 Flowable Fungicide by Quali-Pro is designed for the control of specific fungus and diseases within residential and commercial lawns as well as golf course greens, tees, and fairways.

Target Pests TM 4.5 is used for the control of tip blight swiss needle cast brown needle blight fusarium rhizoctonia root rot anthracnose black spot brown rot cercospora leaf spot ovullinia pine tip blights powdery mildew rust diseases scab ventuia leaf scab dollar spot copper spot brown patch pink snow mold gray leaf spot summer patch stripe smut and many other listed fungus and diseases.

For Use In TM 4.5 is for use in conifers greenhouses nurseries landscapes golf courses (greens tees and fairways) residential and public areas (home lawns parks athletic fields schools and day care centers) and other listed areas.

Application For turf application using TM 4.5 depending on target mix at a rate of 2 to 5.3 ounces per 1,000 square feet per application using sufficient enough water to obtain uniform coverage of the treatment area. For a foliar application using TM 4.5 mix at a rate of 7.25 to 20 fluid ounces per 100 gallons of water. Depending on specific disease controlled as to how to apply the product for best results. For conifer application or soil drench refer to label above for specifics on treatment.

Coverage Area If using TM 4.5 as a broadcast to turf at the maximum use rate per application each 2.5 gallon container will treat an estimated 60,000 square feet of surface.
