Crescendo is an OMRI-listed, broad-spectrum, microbial-based nematicide/insecticide utilized in turf and landscapes to control nematodes and insect pests. Its active ingredient consists of heat-killed biological multi-sites that repel, inhibit feeding, reduce reproduction, and induce mortality, effectively preventing harmful populations of sucking and chewing insects, flies, and mites. Furthermore, Crescendo facilitates nematode control by diminishing the number of eggs and second-stage juveniles in treated soil. Notably, in turfgrass, it promotes the growth of new roots (white roots) and observed improvements in turf quality.
