Monterey Sequestar Iron 6% 3-0-0 bottle (4 oz)

Monterey Sequestar Iron 6% 3-0-0 (LG7250) is a water soluble granular form of iron that corrects iron deficiency in plants. It contains Eddha, a top of the line agent in chelating materials. This is highly effective in alkaline soils but can also work in more acidic soil conditions. Soil drenching is the best way of applying this product. The granules are dissolved in water at the desired rate and then poured around the drip line of the plant, tree, or shrub. The formula is readily available to the plant and can quickly cure chlorosis of even deep-rooted plants. The plants can be treated every 3-4 months at a lower rate. For best results, treating with smaller doses at frequent intervals rather than giving a large dose all at once is recommended.

General Directions For Use:

Apply Sequestar Iron 6% annually in the spring and when iron chlorosis symptoms appear.

Soil Application - For trees and shrubs uniformly broadcast or mix with water and apply as a drench to the soil with the drip line beneath the plant and shallowly incorporate or irrigate into the soil.

Application Rates:

On Trees : (Ornamentals, fruit and nut trees, citrus, etc.) Apply 1/2 - 2 oz. for each inch of trunk diameter measured at chest level.

For Shrubs: (Including berries, grapes, roses, etc.) Apply 2 oz. for small shrubs and 2 oz. per inch of diameter for large shrubs.

To Bedding plants, vegetables, groundcovers, etc.: Apply 2 oz. per 100 sq. ft. or band 2- 4 ounces per 100 feet of row. Water in immediately.

For Lawns:Apply 4- 8 oz. in 2 gallons of water per 1000 sq. ft. Water in immediately.

For Potted plants: Apply 1/4 teaspoon per 8 inch pot or 1/2 teaspoon per 12 inch pot. Apply to the soil and water in.

Hydroponics System: Apply at 4 oz. per 100 gallons of water. For best results, apply monthly.

Precautions: Sequestar Iron 6% may stain certain surfaces. If applied to plant foliage, phytotoxicity may occur.
