Labeled for application to outside surfaces and perimeters of listed structures, Navigator SC’s proven active ingredient fipronil helps pest management professionals control ants and protect against future infestations. Ants pass through the treated area and transfer the non-repellent fipronil back to their nests where it quickly spreads throughout the colony.
Navigator SC with 9.1% Fipronil can be compared to Termidor SC and Taurus SC. It is a non-repellent insecticide labeled for pre- and post-construction applications for subterranean termite control and above ground applications for drywood termite control. Navigator SC also kills and controls perimeter pests such as ants (acrobat, Argentine, big headed, carpenter, crazy, odorous, pavement, pharaoh and thief).
As a non-repellent insecticide, termites and ant pass through this chemical without detecting its presence, passing it to the entire colony.
Navigator SC Termiticide/Insecticide is labeled for use at 0.06%, 0.09%, or 0.125% finished dilution to control termites. Mix between 0.8 oz to 1.6 oz for desired rate. Use the strongest dilution rate for severe termites infestation, problem construction types, or problem soil types. Navigator can be applied as a foam.
For perimeter pest, mix 0.8 oz per gallon of water and spray with a low pressure hand pump sprayer.
