In order for the product to work, Resolute 4FL applications should be made prior to germination of the targeted weeds; it will not kill or prevent weeds after they have already began to develop.

For control of the following weeds, an application should be made as early as January, or before weeds begin to germinate:

• Crabgrass
• Foxtails
• Goosegrass
• Barnyardgrass
• Poa Annua (Annual Bluegrass) - must apply in late summer to turf that is to not be over seeded before Annual Bluegrass germinates

For control of the following broadleaf weeds, an application should be made in the summer/fall before weeds begin to germinate:

• Henbit
• Chickweed
• Other winter broadleaf weeds
